Sotomayor is, Again, Today's Cartoon Character

Even more shocking and disgusting than the ruling from Sotomayor against Ricci is the astonishing manner in which she dismissed his case without -- apparently -- giving it even the SLIGHTEST consideration. It appears to me that the ONLY factor Sotomayor considered was that this was a white male and he was, therefore, undeserving of what he had CLEARLY EARNED!
