Leno regurgitates the popular mythology of the poor downtrodden elderly saved by Medicare.

The reality is that -- on balance -- Medicare robs the poor and gives to the rich. For proof, see page 11 of this academic study.

Every waitress across America funds the elective surgeries (hip and knee replacements, to name just two) of the wealthiest segment of our society. Nice work, Dims!
