Obama nominates Elena Kagan to Supreme Court

So, a President whose only prior job experience was working for ACORN as a “Community Organizer” offers us a Supreme Court nominee who has never been a judge?

Not only that, but, quoting the BBC:

“before becoming solicitor general in March 2009, Ms Kagan had never argued a case in court”

I suppose in the rarefied world of those who embrace Cultural Marxism, her rumored lesbian orientation (see the prior BBC link) would be enough to make her “eminently qualified”.
