Federal Judge Rules ObamaCare Unconstitutional

Quoting The Wall Street Journal:

“Roger Vinson, a federal judge in Pensacola, Fla, has ruled that the individual mandate portion of the federal health care law, passed in March of last year, is unconstitutional…

In contrast with the Virginia ruling from last year, Judge Vinson found that the entire health care law must be struck down; that the so-called ‘individual mandate’ is not ‘severable.’ ”
