When Corporal Punishment becomes Child Abuse

Hillary Adams -- now 23 years old -- is a brave and eloquent young woman who has exposed her father, Judge William Adams, stepping way over the line in disciplining her when she was 16 years old.

I support a limited amount of corporal punishment as an absolute last resort in disciplining a child. But, no reasonable person could support this.
