Obama's Base Bounce Steadily Declining

First, I define a “Base Bounce” as a shift among Obama supporters from “Approve” to “Strongly Approve” without any proportionate shift in Obama’s overall approval rating.

The January State of the Union Address gave Obama a very short lived base bounce. Passing ObamaCare gave Obama a longer lived base bounce. But, after a sharp rise, that base bounce has been steadily declining.

Gee, could the reality of the ObamaCare fantasy be settling in on the Obamanites? Are they becoming disillusioned with their great Messiah? Maybe.
