Elena Kagan opposes gun rights

One great reason to oppose Obama’s Supreme Court nominee (Elena Kagan) is her opposition to gun rights.

Although the Supreme Court has -- for the second time -- upheld the Constitutional right to bear arms, the tyrants who oppose gun rights are not, by any means, done with the fight.

Last week, law school graduate Ann Coulter discussed judicial activism. Leftist opposition to gun rights -- much like the tyrannical Leftist imposition of infanticide “rights” -- is a classic example of tyrannical judicial activism. Every single amendment in the Bill of Rights deals directly with individual rights. As the Supreme Court has now twice affirmed, the second amendment and the right it confers to “the people” is no exception.

All of her phony protestations to the contrary not withstanding, Elena Kagan is certain to be a typically tyrannical Leftist judicial activist (and a threat to gun rights).
