Is $9.7 Trillion STILL unaccounted for?

Quoting Bloomberg,com
(from February 9, 2009):
“The stimulus package the U.S. Congress is completing would raise the government’s commitment to solving the financial crisis to $9.7 trillion, enough to pay off more than 90 percent of the nation’s home mortgages.”
From the Financial Services Subcommittee on
Oversight and Investigations hearing of May 5, 2009:

I wonder…
Does anybody YET know where the $9.7 TRILLION went?

Geez people!
How many of you really want these utterly unaccountable WORTHLESS BUFFOONS running what little bit of the national health care system they have not already completely screwed up?
