    I am still amazed that cap and trade hasn't been rammed down our throats yet. Maybe there is hope after all?

    RICH,

    Unfortunately, an unelected socialist Czar overlording above the EPA is tyrannically imposing upon us what Congress could not.

    Cap and Tax would have been a disaster. But, this EPA "solution" is actually far, FAR worse.
