Of course, that is far from the only lie which the freaking SCUMBAGS at CBS failed to expose. The FACT is that, whether it was JFK, Reagan or Bush, EVERY time the top marginal tax rate was lowered the Federal government took in MORE revenue (as a side effect of the economic growth which the tax cuts produced).
