2) Click here & note the data collection has been interrupted
(as is noted in the above link).
I may be a tiny bit premature, but…
It seems pretty safe to say that 2011 will not break the 2007 “record” minima for Arctic Sea Ice extent:

It appears as though a recent Arctic chill (driven, no doubt, by “The Gore Effect”) may have put the Kibosh on alarmist hopes that they would have something to crow about this year (as the public continues to sensibly reject their hysteria mongering in ever larger numbers).

Of course, the so-called “record” from 2007 is as phony as they come (like all the other so-called “records” the alarmists always tout). The alarmists generally fail to mention over what highly cherry-picked timeframe they claim their so-called “record”.
Nor will they ever draw your attention to the very inconvenient admissions from the very heart of the snow and ice alarmist cabal (the National Snow and Ice Data Center).
Quoting the FAQ page at the NSIDC site:
A) “5,500 years ago, the Arctic had substantially less summertime sea ice than today”
B) “The last time that scientists can say confidently that the Arctic was free of summertime ice was 125,000 years ago, during the height of the last major interglacial period, known as the Eemian. Temperatures in the Arctic were warmer than now and sea level was also 4 to 6 meters (13 to 20 feet) higher than it is today”
