The Current Cooling Trend For April

The following chart can be replicated by visiting this NOAA page and selecting the corresponding time frame and “April”.

Preliminary NOAA data for April, 2009 in the USA
indicate a continued cooling trend for the month of April.
April has been in a cooling trend since at least 1985.

Isn’t this a particularly stupid time to be considering a particularly stupid, ignorant, evil, costly and entirely corrupt bit of catastrophic legislation like “Cap and Trade”?
