Pew polling data documents why I do that.

I see the Left leaning Pew Research Center was keen to learn how many Americans were aware “that the U.S. spends more per capita on health care than most major European nations [where health care rationing is the norm and Dim funding medical malpractice lawyers are not a dime a dozen]”.
I notice Pew was not the least bit interested in determining how many Americans were aware that, when it comes to cancer survival rates (the best metric for determining the quality of any health care system):
1) The USA is #1
2) The U.K., with their Socialist system, is “among the lowest in Europe”.
